eighty (180) days to five (5) days, and increased customer satisfaction from

to the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for mission critical Lawson ERP
and software development team on customer projects as well as internally
driven maintenance projects for all TRWD divisions.
· Project
managed, negotiated and awarded contract to Lawson Implementation Services,
for upgrading Lawson ERP from 8.0.1 to 9.0.3. Lawson ERP served
as the mission critical application for TRWD HR and accounting/finance and
the project was delivered $70,000 under budget and within scope and
time. The project team consisted of eleven core members, total project
budget of $300,000, and included several integration points with IBM/MRO
Maximo and intranet applications.
· Provided
technical leadership and analysis for development and deployment of TRV
Vendor and Contracts application. Project included meeting with
customers to determine their needs, gather and document requirements using
advance use case modeling, develop and execute projects plans, manage
changes, and communicate with customers throughout the development project to
manage customer expectations.
· Planned
and managed the technical team to migrate classic ASP intranet/internet
applications to ASP.NET/AJAX and SQL Server 2005.
· In
charge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 (32 bit and 64 bit) logical
and physical database design, implementation, and maintenance on Microsoft
Windows Server 2003. Additional tasks also include developing and
implementing SQL Server 2005 High Availability Solutions like MS Cluster and
Transaction/Merge Replication, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Integration
Services, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning, and
developing complex queries for application developers.
· Served
as the project manager for the migration of TRV Portal to new servers and
implement the latest version of PBS&J Row Tracker, CDM Environmental
Assessment Survey (ESA), and ESRI Geographical Information Systems
(GIS). Project also involved migration of servers from Active Directory
domain and involves coordination with several team members spread across the
US.

IT budget (~$400,000) for application development/database team based on
careful analysis and planning to ensure that TRWD received top-quality
software improvements and upgrades while remaining within budget.

City of Fort Worth technical team in implementing Oracle/Peoplesoft 8.9
CRM for Water Department Call Center. CRM allowed the call center to keep
track of all customer interactions, provide better customer service, and
increased call center efficiency.
· Managed
an eight member team in implementing Aspect eWorkforce Management
6.2.3 for the Water Department Call Center on time, budget, and
scope. The implementation allowed call center supervisors and manager
to proactively monitor agent productivity, forecast call volumes, generate
efficient staffing plans, and provide better customer service to citizens of
Fort Worth.
· Reporting
to the program manager, successfully managed IBM Maximo 5.2 CMMS
implementation for Water Department Field Operations Group. CMMS project,
with a total budget of $2.5 million, provided field operations with a system
to manage their assets, track all the work that is performed on assets, and
manage asset life cycle costs. Other benefits included enhanced data
retrieval and reporting capabilities, identify hidden trends, and improved
capital expenditure decision making capabilities.
· Directed
and managed the field operations IBM Maximo Syclo Mobile pilot
implementation in order to allow field crew to accurately capture workorder details
and actuals out in the field. This initiative will also disperse the
data entry workload throughout the division and provide real-time information
to supervisors and management.
· Spearheaded
the initiatives to implement and upgrade Perkin Elmer Laboratory
Information Systems (LIMS) for the Water Department Central Laboratory
Services. LIMS enabled laboratory personnel to utilize a superior way
to manage laboratory information in addition to becoming more compliant with
state and federal regulations.
· Implemented
iNova Real-time Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) application
for the Water Department Call Center and Field Operations. iNova
allowed increased flow of field operations, SCADA, and call center
information throughout the department, in order to keep water department
management personnel up-to-date.
· Administered
the Compuware QA Load implementation to load test Maximo and
Peoplesoft applications. Stress testing engagement with a total budget
of $100,000, was successfully completed on time, budget, and scope, helped
application administrators to better troubleshoot and resolve performance
issues.
· Assisted
IT Manager in preparing yearly IT budget and developed decision packages for
software implementation.
· Coordinated
with vendors and negotiated maintenance agreements and task-orders for
